- 2+ years transportation and logistics office environment experience
- 3+ years general office experience
- forklift certification upon hire
- ability to prioritize action items for shipment coordination

Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years transportation and logistics office environment experience required
- 3+ years general office experience required
- 3+ years transportation and logistics experience in LTL/HUB environment preferred
- general computer skills
- ability to prioritize shipment coordination tasks
Job Duties
- understand the requirements and expectations of handling shipments of consequence and make routing suggestions based on service levels
- process inbound and outbound documents accurately and report discrepancies
- provide HUB Operations Supervisors with updated information from monitoring inbound boards in AS400
- communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding shipment status and conduct investigations on misrouted freight, OS&D, and discrepancies
- provide loadouts to HUB Operations Supervisor for scheduled linehauls including ensuring proper paperwork attachment
- coordinate with Linehaul Operations Team regarding adhoc loads and routing requirements
- update AS400 system accurately with departure and arrival information
- answer telephone inquiries and redirect calls at the Hub location
- file documents and perform general office duties
- operate forklift for material handling in the warehouse
- comply with all company policies and standards
