Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years in multi-unit hospitality or short-term rental operations
- experience managing regional teams
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong decision-making abilities

- Experience in multi-unit hotel operations or regional hospitality leadership
- proven track record of managing and developing teams of managers
- strong operational and data analysis skills
- ability to prioritize and triage under pressure
- comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic work environments
- demonstrated ability to achieve results through proactive work
Job Duties
- Oversee general hospitality managers across multiple markets
- set and maintain member experience standards
- ensure property quality and housekeeping performance
- manage operational execution and market-level KPIs
- support new property installation, onboarding, and launches
- provide weekly performance reporting to senior leadership
- develop career growth pathways for general managers
