Job Description

Landing is a pioneering company that has established the largest flexible living network in the United States since 2019. With a presence in over 35 markets, Landing offers thousands of apartments designed to provide no-deposit and hassle-free living solutions to its members. The company is committed to growth and innovation in the real estate and hospitality sectors, emphasizing flexibility, quality, and exceptional customer experience. Landing’s approach revolutionizes traditional living arrangements by combining the convenience of technology with premium housing options across multiple cities, catering to a modern and mobile lifestyle.

As a rapidly expanding organization, Landing operates in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and adaptability is key. This creates a vibrant workplace culture where each day offers new challenges and opportunities, encouraging team members to collaborate and innovate continuously.

The Regional Hospitality Leader role at Landing is a senior, strategic position that entails overseeing General Hospitality Managers across multiple markets. This leadership role is central to maintaining and elevating the standard of service and operational excellence across Landing’s diverse property portfolio. The individual in this position will act as a critical bridge between market-level operations and company leadership, directly reporting to the Regional Field Director. This is an opportunity for someone with extensive multi-unit hospitality operations experience who thrives on accountability, team development, and results-driven leadership.

In this role, the Regional Hospitality Leader is responsible for ensuring exceptional member experience, maintaining property quality, managing housekeeping performance, and driving operational success. Beyond merely managing processes, the leader will develop and implement innovative strategies and operational playbooks that guide the entire hospitality team. They will oversee key performance indicators like Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), cleaning quality, growth metrics, and market expenses to continually improve and expand Landing’s footprint.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple priorities under pressure, drive team development by cultivating clear growth pathways for General Managers, and foster strong relationships with property partners and housekeeping teams. The ability to make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information while maintaining the highest customer service standards is essential. Travel is a significant component of the job, occurring approximately 50% of the time, to support regional operations and new property launches.

Candidates suited for this role are experienced regional leaders familiar with hospitality or short-term rental portfolio management. They possess strong operational instincts to discern meaningful data signals and possess the resilience and flexibility to operate in a growth-stage company where every day brings new challenges. This leadership role not only offers competitive compensation and bonuses but also includes benefits such as stock options, comprehensive medical and mental health plans, retirement support, and generous paid time off. Landing emphasizes career growth, with a leadership team largely built from internal promotions, and provides a unique travel perk through the Landing Stays program.

Landing is committed to equal opportunity employment, encouraging applicants from diverse backgrounds and identities to apply and contribute to its inclusive culture. This role demands a leader ready to shape the future of flexible living and hospitality management while supporting a connected and empowered regional team.
