Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant prior experience
- Understanding of OSHA regulations
- Construction related field experience
- Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
- Ability to coach and influence contractor personnel in the field
- Ability to grasp safety policies and regulations quickly with little oversight
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 10 years of prior experience in safety or construction field roles
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and project HSE procedures
- Construction related field experience
- Experience in coaching and influencing contractor personnel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with incident investigations
- Familiarity with construction safety program implementation
Job Duties
- Provide on-site field safety support for multiple ongoing projects in different locations
- Act as a safety resource for field-based Construction Field Coordinators (CFRs) and Project Managers (PMs)
- Ensure and coach compliance with P66 Midstream HSE policies
- Analyze and evaluate daily observations and trends
- report findings to Safety Specialist and Director
- Attend and actively participate in daily contractor safety meetings and JSAs
- Work with CFRs to address safety related issues at project sites
- Actively participate as needed in incident investigations
- Lead formal, documented safety audits
