Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Answer the HR direct phone line and email, serving as a helpful and credible point of contact to resolve benefit questions and claims issues
- Process new and mid-year benefit enrollments and terminations
- Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing employee education
- Assist with open enrollment activities, including communications, system configuration, employee support, and auditing
- Partner with vendors and third-party administrators to resolve coverage issues and enhance service
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records and ensure timely updates in the HRIS system
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Support the wellness program, including coordination of onsite biometric events and processing of wellness incentives
- Manage employee recognition programs such as service anniversaries, retirements, bereavements, new baby and marriage acknowledgments
- Leverage SharePoint and communications tools to manage HR's online presence with engaging, informative, and accurate content
- Design, manage, and update HR webpages and employee-facing content, ensuring alignment with Fabick Cat branding and employee engagement objectives
- Evaluate the accuracy and tone of posted HR informational materials across internal and external platforms
- Lead initiatives that promote a positive employee experience through strategic communication and engagement campaigns
