Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of hr best practices, compliance, and employee relations
  • Experience with hris systems (adp preferred)
  • Proven ability to build or transform hr functions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Passion for working in a mission-driven or service-oriented environment preferred
