Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of hr best practices, compliance, and employee relations
  • Experience with hris systems (adp preferred)
  • Proven ability to build or transform hr functions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Passion for working in a mission-driven or service-oriented environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and rebuild the HR function, establishing scalable processes and best practices
  • Oversee the transition and optimization of HR systems (ADP)
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and organizational development
  • Evaluate current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Develop and implement leadership coaching and long-term talent strategies
  • Support evaluation and enhancement of bonus and compensation structures for leadership
