  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • master's degree preferred
  • seven plus years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
  • demonstrated experience supporting global teams
  • SHRM, SCP, or SPHR certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with business goals
  • act as strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
  • oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance across multi-state operations
  • guide recruiting and onboarding strategies that align with company values
  • manage benefits administration, payroll, and policy compliance
  • utilize workforce data and metrics to support retention, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • lead change management and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence
