- master's degree preferred
- seven plus years of progressive HR leadership experience
- experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
- demonstrated experience supporting global teams
- SHRM, SCP, or SPHR certification preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with business goals
- act as strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
- oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance across multi-state operations
- guide recruiting and onboarding strategies that align with company values
- manage benefits administration, payroll, and policy compliance
- utilize workforce data and metrics to support retention, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- lead change management and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence
