The Human Resources Recruiter/Assistant role at Aberdeen Village is a pivotal position within the senior living community, directly supporting the mission of fostering an excellent living experience for residents through effective human resource management. This role involves a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration, designed to attract and retain high-quality staff critical to the community’s success. The Human Resources Recruiter/Assistant works closely with senior leadership, including the Human Resources Director, Executive Director, Regional Human Resources Director, and corporate HR teams, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and strategic goals. Key duties include identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, screening applicants, conducting phone and virtual interviews, and managing hiring documentation. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle HR administrative tasks professionally while facilitating smooth and efficient hiring processes.

This position offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, with pay adjusted based on experience. Job Requirements

  • prefer a bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources
  • minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in human resources administration preferred
  • computer proficiency in Word and Excel
  • ability to learn HRIS programs
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications
