The HR Assistant role at Wingstop & Pizza Patrón is a full-time, in-office position based in San Antonio, TX. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant teams, as it focuses on providing consistent and effective HR support across multiple states. The HR Assistant will play a key role in onboarding new hires, managing employee documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in human resources
- 1 year of experience in data entry
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must successfully pass a drug screen
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR administrative or HR support experience
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Answer incoming HR-related calls and assist restaurant managers with HR support needs
- Process new hire onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
- Process employee terminations and update employee records
- Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files
- Communicate regularly with restaurant managers regarding HR processes and documentation
- Assist with special projects and additional HR administrative duties as assigned
- Support a positive employee experience across all restaurant locations
