Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable forms of communication and transportation
- Level 2 security license with Level II training and exam completion
- CPR certificate
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Full physical and mental dexterity
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in elevated noise levels and energetic fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work outdoor venues regardless of weather
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Level 2 security license
- CPR certificate
- Strong customer-service attitude and professional appearance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret credentials, documents, signs, rules, policies, and instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, patrons and other employees
- Ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly
- Ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for hotel guests and event attendees
- Monitor entrances, exits, and event perimeters to prevent unauthorized access
- Support crowd control and enforce safety regulations during events
- Perform regular patrols of hotel grounds and event spaces
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
- Provide assistance, directions, and excellent customer service to guests and staff
- Work closely with hotel security, event coordinators, and front desk teams
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
