Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
flexible availability to work Thursday to Saturday nights
physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
reliability and punctuality
basic English proficiency
prior experience preferred

Job Qualifications

excellent customer service skills
previous housekeeping, houseperson or porter experience
ability to work night shifts
strong communication skills
attention to detail
ability to work independently and as part of a team
basic knowledge of cleaning procedures

Job Duties

assist room attendants
respond to guest calls promptly
maintain cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas
support setup and breakdown of guest rooms
transport linens and cleaning supplies
ensure supplies are stocked and organized
communicate effectively with housekeeping and front desk teams
