Job Requirements
- Must have prior cleaning experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong command of English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must possess a positive attitude and teamwork spirit
Job Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience required
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amount of weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Must be 18 years or older
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with amenities
- Follow Hyatt’s safety and sanitation guidelines
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
