We are currently seeking a full-time Houseperson for our housekeeping team at Hilton. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel’s designated areas, ensuring a pristine environment for guests and staff alike. As a Houseperson, you will be instrumental in supporting the hotel’s operation by performing various cleaning duties, responding promptly to guest requests, and assisting in the upkeep of public spaces and meeting rooms. This position plays a critical part in delivering outstanding guest service and supporting the financial profitability of the property. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, embraces teamwork, demonstrates high integrity, and can operate with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry heavy objects
- good communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and move equipment
- flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
