Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties involving standing bending and lifting
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial role beneficial
- ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
- perform dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures
- vacuum mop sweep shampoo carpets wash windows clean and wax floors
- remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
