The Houseperson plays a vital role in ensuring that the hotel remains clean, attractive, and maintained to the highest standards. This role is integral to the hotel’s operation as it supports housekeeping and guest service teams by keeping public areas, restrooms, offices, and banquet or conference spaces immaculate. The Houseperson is responsible for performing various cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing, floor waxing, and trash removal.
