The Houseperson role at Hilton is a vital part of the housekeeping team, contributing significantly to the smooth operation and ambiance of the hotel. This full-time position involves cleaning and maintaining designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and banquet or conference rooms to ensure they meet the brand's rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards. The houseperson directly supports the housekeeping department by performing duties including dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing, floor cleaning and waxing, trash removal, and ashtray emptying.
