The Houseperson is responsible for a range of cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, window washing, floor waxing, as well as trash removal. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well with others

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum mop sweep shampoo carpets wash windows clean and wax floors
  • Remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
