Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing roles preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Must be physically able to perform duties including stooping, climbing, and lifting
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Must clock in and out on time and adhere to break schedules
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
  • Willingness to assist in various cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support awareness and execution of all hotel groups and events
  • Answer all incoming calls politely using approved greetings
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Collect trash from exterior garbage bins and common areas
  • Manage soiled linen collection and deliver to laundry room
  • Monitor and report the condition of public space furniture
  • Maintain stock levels in guest floor linen closets and amenities
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in assigned guestrooms
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts
  • Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
  • Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag at all times
  • Communicate clearly and honestly with team members
  • Exhibit a positive can-do attitude beyond traditional role requirements
  • Collaborate with all staff to create a positive work environment
  • Arrive and clock in on time for all scheduled shifts
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures rigorously
  • Perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
  • Adhere to break schedules and provide required call-out notice
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management
