Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Must be physically able to perform duties including stooping, climbing, and lifting
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Must clock in and out on time and adhere to break schedules
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
- Willingness to assist in various cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support awareness and execution of all hotel groups and events
- Answer all incoming calls politely using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Collect trash from exterior garbage bins and common areas
- Manage soiled linen collection and deliver to laundry room
- Monitor and report the condition of public space furniture
- Maintain stock levels in guest floor linen closets and amenities
- Replenish amenities and supplies in assigned guestrooms
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag at all times
- Communicate clearly and honestly with team members
- Exhibit a positive can-do attitude beyond traditional role requirements
- Collaborate with all staff to create a positive work environment
- Arrive and clock in on time for all scheduled shifts
- Follow all safety and operational procedures rigorously
- Perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Adhere to break schedules and provide required call-out notice
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management
