As a Housekeeping Support team member, your responsibilities will extend to assisting room attendants with heavy or cumbersome items like mattresses and linens, ensuring the timely delivery of linens and supplies, and maintaining order and cleanliness in housekeeping closets and public areas. This role requires a proactive approach to responding to guest requests, managing supplies efficiently to minimize waste, and addressing guest complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. You will contribute to maintaining the hotel’s aesthetic and functional standards by cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, vending spaces, and corridors. Additionally, the role involves regular communication and collaboration with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves carrying or lifting heavy items, frequent standing and moving, and undertaking light maintenance duties under your supervisor’s direction. The role may require working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
