Job Requirements

  • Physically able to work from ladder
  • Physically able to move furniture
  • Able to operate cleaning equipment
  • Tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals
  • Able to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate well with guests in English
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing job functions
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Providing excellent service to guests and owners while they are staying at the resort
  • Promptly assisting guest inquiries and needs while following brand standards
  • Providing customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions
  • Removing used and replacing with new all linens, towels, and vital products and supplies
  • Transporting clean and dirty linen to and from operations and the buildings
  • Maintaining work carts and stations to optimize appearance and efficiency
  • Conducting self-inspections of guest rooms by examining carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear and reporting maintenance deficiencies
  • Assisting co-workers when requested
  • Working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with flexibility to respond to spontaneous guest demands
  • Identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
