Job Requirements
- Physically able to work from ladder
- Physically able to move furniture
- Able to operate cleaning equipment
- Tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals
- Able to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with guests in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing job functions
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Providing excellent service to guests and owners while they are staying at the resort
- Promptly assisting guest inquiries and needs while following brand standards
- Providing customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities, and local attractions
- Removing used and replacing with new all linens, towels, and vital products and supplies
- Transporting clean and dirty linen to and from operations and the buildings
- Maintaining work carts and stations to optimize appearance and efficiency
- Conducting self-inspections of guest rooms by examining carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear and reporting maintenance deficiencies
- Assisting co-workers when requested
- Working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with flexibility to respond to spontaneous guest demands
- Identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
