We are currently seeking a diligent and conscientious Houseperson to join our dedicated team. This full-time role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for cleaning common areas including the lobby, breakfast area, public restrooms, hallways, and other assigned spaces, ensuring they meet brand and company standards. The position involves stocking carts with clean supplies and linens while removing soiled items efficiently. Additional duties include performing carpet cleaning tasks as part of routine preventative maintenance and conducting property walks to identify areas needing attention.

The Houseperson also assists with minor maintenance issues by notifying the Chief Engineer when necessary, fulfilling guest requests by providing toiletries and linens, and occasionally filling in for housekeeping shifts. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the hotel’s housekeeping department and contributes significantly to guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
