Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Experience preferred in hospitality or service roles
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support groups and events hosted at the hotel
  • Use relevant technology and maintain proper phone etiquette
  • Keep all workspaces sparkling clean and well-organized
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests with hospitality while performing cleaning duties
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
  • Prepare and submit accurate shift handover reports
  • Wear approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members

  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive workplace and guest environment
  • Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages as needed
  • Clean and maintain guest hallways, stairwells, ice rooms, and service areas
  • Collect trash from exterior garbage receptacles and common grounds
  • Monitor and report public space furniture conditions
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guestrooms and linen closets
  • Maintain housekeeping cart stock and cleanliness
