Further duties include delivering supplies promptly to housekeepers and fulfilling guest or front desk requests for room items while adhering to established brand service standards. Maintaining cleanliness standards extends to guest hallways, housekeeping storage, work areas, and the main garbage/recycling zones of the hotel, ensuring all areas meet or exceed these standards through regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, garbage removal, laundry handling, and restocking supplies. The role also involves washing and returning glasses to housekeepers using appropriate sanitization processes in line with brand protocols, ensuring hygiene and service standards are upheld.
