Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
- Strong command of English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others
Job Qualifications
- Prior laundry experience preferred
- Customer service experience in a hotel or related field
- Strong command of English language including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Process hotel and guest laundry including pressing, sorting and folding
- Use commercial pressing and folding equipment
- Program and log laundry operations
- Maintain a clean and inviting laundry area
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in laundry processing
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
