This position is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term job that offers flexibility and competitive pay between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour. The role involves filling in for absent employees at various locations throughout Green Bay, requiring adaptability to cover different facilities and meet clients’ scheduling needs. Employees work mostly in the early evenings on weekdays and weekends, often with pre-planned schedules but occasionally required to respond to short-notice work assignments. The work shifts typically last between 2 to 4 hours per night, with weekend shifts allowing flexibility in timing.

The job primarily focuses on routine cleaning and janitorial responsibilities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and cleaning offices, restrooms, and break rooms. Additionally, workers will clean windows and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained in alignment with ServiceMaster’s standards. The position also requires opening and securing facilities, operating security systems, and adhering strictly to safety and OSHA regulations. Over time, experienced employees may also have the opportunity to train new team members, contributing to the company’s culture of ongoing learning and development.

Ideal candidates should have the ability to perform physical labor involving constant standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
