Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is beneficial
- Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance to support overall building operations
- Support residential painting projects or minor maintenance tasks as needed to enhance facility appearance
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
