Job Duties
- maintain and clean designated hotel areas
- cater to guest requests
- clean public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- remove trash and clean ashtrays
- greet each guest with a friendly hello
- advise management of maintenance needs
- monitor and maintain supplies
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and special projects
- assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
