Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills for guest interaction
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Clean by wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing floors
- Remove trash and clean ashtrays
- Greet guests warmly to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- Inform management of any maintenance needs related to fire alarms, sprinklers, plumbing, and sewage
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies to ensure adequate availability
- Perform deep cleaning duties and manage special cleaning projects
- Fulfill guest requests related to cleanliness and assist in maintaining guest room tidiness
