The Housekeeping Worker role at Hilton is a key position focused on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service throughout the hotel. This role is essential in supporting the hotel’s financial success by ensuring that all designated areas, including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms, are impeccably cleaned and maintained. The Housekeeping Worker will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, polishing floors, and managing trash removal. Attention to detail and adherence to strict cleaning protocols are critical in this role to uphold Hilton’s reputation for cleanliness and hospitality. Additionally, the role involves responding promptly to guest requests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere through friendly interactions, and advising management on any maintenance needs to keep the facility safe and operational. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- cater to guests' requests to provide exceptional service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- remove trash and clean ashtrays
- greet guests with a friendly hello
- advise management of maintenance requirements including fire alarms, sprinklers, sewer, and plumbing systems
- monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- assist in tidiness of guest accommodations as warranted
