Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment use

Job Duties

maintain and clean designated areas of the hotel including public areas offices restrooms and conference rooms
address guests' requests to provide exceptional customer service
wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
wash windows and polish floors
manage the removal of trash and clean ashtrays
advise management of maintenance requirements and safety compliance
