The Housekeeping Worker role at Hilton is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, contributing directly to the overall guest experience and the hotel's operational success. This role requires a competent Houseperson who will be responsible for cleaning designated areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms, adhering strictly to Hilton's high standards. Responsibilities include a variety of cleaning duties such as wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, polishing floors, and managing trash and ashtray removal.

Beyond general cleaning, the Housekeeping Worker plays a vital part in maintaining the facility's safety and compliance by advising management of maintenance needs related to fire alarms, sprinklers, plumbing, and sewer systems. The role also involves monitoring supply levels to ensure adequate availability based on demand and usage patterns. Additionally, the Housekeeping Worker will undertake deep cleaning tasks and handle exclusive cleaning projects as necessary. Job Duties
