Job Duties

maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas offices restrooms and conference rooms
cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
wash windows and polish floors
manage the removal of trash and cleaning ashtrays
advise management of any maintenance requirements
monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage patterns
execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
fulfill guest requests and assist in tidiness of guest accommodations
