Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas offices restrooms and conference rooms
- cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
- wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum sweep mop and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and polish floors
- manage the removal of trash and clean ashtrays
- advise management of maintenance requirements to keep the facility up to code
- monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage patterns
- execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
- fulfill guest requests and assist in the tidiness of guest accommodations
