Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean designated hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and polish floors
- Manage trash removal and ashtray cleaning
- Greet guests with a friendly hello to create an atmosphere of hospitality
- Report maintenance needs to management to ensure facility compliance
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies
- Execute in-depth cleaning tasks and handle exclusive projects
- Fulfill guest requests and assist with tidiness of guest accommodations
