Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleanliness standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Physical capability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean specific hotel areas including public spaces, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
- Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform cleaning tasks such as wiping and polishing furniture, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing floors
- Manage trash removal including emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests with a friendly hello to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Report maintenance needs to management to ensure facility compliance with safety codes
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and inventory
- Participate in in-depth cleaning duties and exclusive projects
