Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work an advantage

  • understanding of safety and health regulations

Job Duties

  • maintain and clean specific areas of the hotel including public areas, offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
  • cater to guests' requests to ensure exceptional customer service
  • wipe and polish furniture and fixtures
  • vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
  • wash windows and polish floors
  • manage the removal of trash and clean ashtrays
  • create an atmosphere of hospitality by greeting each guest
  • advise management of any maintenance requirements
  • monitor and maintain supplies for demand and usage
  • execute in-depth cleaning duties and manage exclusive projects
  • fulfill guest requests and assist in guest accommodations tidiness
