Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and safety protocols is advantageous
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, utilizing appropriate equipment and cleaning supplies
- Manage housekeeping duties effectively, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management
- Ensure proper floor care techniques are applied for various surfaces including carpets, tiles, and hardwood
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment used in custodial tasks
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns
