Job Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- must own reliable transportation
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- close attention to detail and ability to work independently
- strong communication and ability to follow instructions
- ability to lift push or pull at least 35 lbs
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees bend stretch stand sit kneel or walk for extended periods
- must follow management assignments policies and procedures
- remain free from illegal drug use
- must consent to a background check
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies along with familiarity with health and safety regulations
- restock restrooms and facility supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness in common areas including hallways lobbies kitchens and workspaces
- identify and promptly report maintenance or repair needs
- follow established cleaning schedules procedures and safety standards
- empty trash recycling restock consumables and sanitize shared equipment
- perform floor care glass cleaning and periodic deep cleans
