Job Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
must own reliable transportation
high school diploma or equivalent
previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
close attention to detail and ability to work independently
strong communication and ability to follow instructions
ability to lift push or pull at least 35 lbs
ability to reach overhead and below the knees bend stretch stand sit kneel or walk for extended periods
must follow management assignments policies and procedures
remain free from illegal drug use
must consent to a background check

Job Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting and sanitizing surfaces
work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies along with familiarity with health and safety regulations
restock restrooms and facility supplies as needed
maintain cleanliness in common areas including hallways lobbies kitchens and workspaces
identify and promptly report maintenance or repair needs
follow established cleaning schedules procedures and safety standards
empty trash recycling restock consumables and sanitize shared equipment
perform floor care glass cleaning and periodic deep cleans
