Job Requirements

1 to 6 months of related experience preferred
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work with cleaning products chemicals and solvents using safety equipment provided by the company
physical ability to stand walk bend kneel and lift up to 70 pounds
understanding of safety regulations and company policies

Job Duties

Regularly cleans items such as trash cans, windows, doors and mirrors as well as elevators
details rooms, shampoos carpets in the hotel rooms and hotel hallways
moves furniture and makes room deliveries including linens
assists houseperson with special projects hotel rooms cleaning floors and lighting fixtures
handles and disposes of biohazard materials in accordance with OSHA training provided by the company
scrubs and disinfects sinks toilets furniture and various fixtures
replenishes supplies in housekeeping maintains housekeeping warehouse area and other work areas
performs other duties as assigned
