Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
Communicate professionally and patiently
Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 30 lbs
Climb stairs, bend, lift, and move repetitively as needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Speak English, bilingual a plus

Job Duties

Ensure customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy
Communicate with all staff and management using Teams
Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park
Proactively manage guests to ensure a positive environment for all guests
Coordinate with Guest Service and Front Desk staff for guest arrivals
Coordinate with Guest Service and Front Desk staff for problem resolution when applicable
Utilize creative problem-solving skills
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of restroom facilities
Conduct janitorial duties on all campground buildings
Clean and prepare deluxe cabins and deluxe tents for guest arrivals, including stripping linens, washing dishes, cleaning all surfaces, making beds, vacuuming, replenishing consumables, tidying outside areas
Perform laundry for linens as needed
Organize all housekeeping supplies
Complete various duties as assigned by manager, including light janitorial duties, assisting other departments, overall support in daily campground performance
