Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Less than high school required
- 12 to 24 months experience preferred
- Valid driver license required
- Must be at least 21 years of age for vehicle operation
- Clean driving record as per organizational policy
- Completion of defensive driving course required for drivers

- Valid driver license required
- Knowledge of floor care and cleaning equipment operation
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Job Duties
- Perform heavy cleaning tasks in patient rooms, offices, and hallways
- Operate floor care equipment and perform floor refinishing
- Manage linen distribution and organize linen rooms
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and stock nursing unit closets
- Participate in patient safety rounding and report patient distress
- Dispose of regular waste, medical waste, and linen correctly using PPE
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet quality standards
