Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Basic skills training in housekeeping
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle housekeeping equipment

Job Qualifications

  • English literate to meet business needs
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
  • Flexible with working hours and able to work morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
  • High school graduate and attended skills training school

Job Duties

  • Play a vital role in creating a positive impression on guests by ensuring their rooms are impeccably maintained and requests promptly addressed in line with the hotel’s service objectives
  • Execute housekeeping duties assigned for specific guest rooms such as making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
  • Monitor guest requests for linen, towels, and other amenities and ensure prompt replenishment
  • Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities whenever needed
  • Keep the housekeeping cart stocked and maintained daily and transport supplies during daily duties
  • Dispose of garbage and recyclables correctly
  • Contribute to a better and cleaner future through proper waste management
