Job Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly
ability to walk up and down stairs frequently as the property is a historic building without an elevator
must be able to stand, walk, and work for the full duration of the shift
willingness to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
ability to commute to Washington, DC 20036
prior housekeeping experience in a full-service hotel

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a full-service hotel
strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently
excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Clean and maintain 10-16 rooms per day to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
anticipate guest needs and address them promptly to ensure a positive guest experience
work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks
communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments regarding guest needs and room statuses
