The position requires proficiency in a variety of cleaning techniques including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting. Maintaining stocked fixtures such as toilet paper, towels, soap, and sanitizer is an integral part of the role, along with effective trash removal and recycling practices.

Moreover, the Team Lead supports the supervisor and departmental management by overseeing the timely and accurate completion of housekeeping tasks carried out by staff members within their assigned sectors. Candidates are expected to have a GED or high school diploma and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles.   • support supervisor and management in overseeing housekeeping tasks and departmental staff
  • serve as point of contact on weekends for customers, staff, and vendors
  • troubleshoot service issues and implement solutions
