The role of Team Lead in Housekeeping at Dayton Children’s Main Campus is a pivotal one that combines hands-on cleaning responsibilities with leadership duties. The Team Lead is accountable for performing daily housekeeping services including cleaning diverse room types such as restrooms, offices, lobbies, stairwells, laboratories, elevators, and medical areas. The position requires proficiency in a variety of cleaning techniques including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting. Maintaining stocked fixtures such as toilet paper, towels, soap, and sanitizer is an integral part of the role, along with effective trash removal and recycling practices.

Moreover, the Team Lead supports the supervisor and departmental management by overseeing the timely and accurate completion of housekeeping tasks carried out by staff members within their assigned sectors.
