- Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues
- counsel and interview housekeeping employees
- resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
- perform general office duties related to housekeeping
- lead and motivate the housekeeping team during the shift
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- manage inventory and supply usage during the shift
