We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott LECOM HARBORCENTER. This role requires a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts to accommodate hotel operational needs. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the adherence to daily operational procedures of the Housekeeping Department and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas. A key part of the role involves training and developing team members to ensure that they complete all required training and maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate must effectively handle guest complaints to guarantee guest satisfaction and support staff by assisting with job functions to deliver optimum service. The Supervisor also reviews daily business levels, anticipates critical situations, and plans efficient solutions to meet challenges. This position may also require performing housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson duties as needed to ensure seamless department operations.
