Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • experience in a similar size hotel (357+ rooms)
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • take ownership of tasks and manager feedback for continuous growth
  • ability to consistently lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
  • flexible schedule availability
  • must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • at least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • previous experience in a full-service hotel with 357 or more rooms, preferably in an upscale independent hotel
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • willingness to learn and take feedback

Job Duties

  • supervise and lead housekeeping team members
  • ensure guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces are cleaned to high standards
  • work closely with housekeeping management to maintain cleanliness and safety
  • prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • enforce compliance with cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
  • motivate staff with a positive attitude and constructive feedback
  • manage schedules including weekends and holidays
