Job Description

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is New Mexico's premier locally owned hospitality group, known for its unwavering dedication to culture, community, and exceptional guest experiences. With a rich heritage rooted in authentic storytelling and a deep respect for place and people, this luxury hotel and resort group offers more than just accommodations; it delivers a unique and memorable stay that reflects the spirit of New Mexico. Their award-winning restaurants, luxurious hotels, and commitment to community pride set them apart in the hospitality industry. Guests are welcomed into an environment where service excellence and cultural authenticity are paramount, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where visitors feel valued and cared for.

This full-time Housekeeping Supervisor position at Heritage Hotels & Resorts plays an essential role in maintaining the high standards that define the brand’s reputation. The role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest room and public area not only meets but exceeds cleanliness and presentation expectations, fostering an environment that guests immediately appreciate. As a housekeeping supervisor, you will lead daily operations, manage and mentor the housekeeping team, and maintain consistency across all cleaning and inspection duties. The impact of your leadership will be felt not only in the appearance and cleanliness of the property but also in overall guest satisfaction and team morale.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for daily work assignments based on occupancy and schedule needs, performing detailed inspections, and ensuring corrective actions are promptly implemented when standards slip. This role requires a hands-on leader who maintains a consistent presence on the floor, providing coaching and support to enhance the team's performance and engagement. Monitoring staffing and adjusting workloads to meet business demands efficiently is also a key aspect. The supervisor will oversee deep cleaning projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.

Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Front Desk, Engineering, and management are critical to this role. Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns contributes significantly to the overall guest experience. Heritage Hotels & Resorts values a supportive, respectful, and service-driven culture, and this position directly contributes to fostering that environment. With competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $19, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a people-first culture deeply rooted in New Mexico’s pride and community, this position offers both stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact in hospitality.
