Job Description

HHM Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through superior service and operational excellence. With a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and employee development, HHM Hospitality operates a variety of hotels that prioritize guest satisfaction and environmental responsibility. The company is recognized for fostering a culture of care and empowerment, offering its employees opportunities for growth and advancement within the hospitality industry. HHM Hospitality’s commitment to operational standards and guest service excellence makes it a distinguished name in the hotel management sector.

The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at HHM Hospitality is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall guest satisfaction within the hotel environment. This position involves supervising and coordinating the housekeeping staff to ensure that all brand and hotel service standards, including sustainability practices under the EarthView program, are consistently met. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for training, scheduling, and coaching associates, addressing performance issues, and ensuring optimal staffing levels. Additionally, the role requires direct involvement in cleaning tasks when necessary and overseeing laundry employees if applicable.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in sustaining high guest service scores by fostering a motivated and skilled team aligned with HHM's core values. Your responsibilities will include issuing cleaning supplies and equipment, supporting guest satisfaction initiatives, and ensuring that safety protocols such as MSDS and OSHA standards are strictly followed. You will also engage in occasional tasks outside housekeeping, such as assisting in the breakfast area when needed.

This position offers a clear growth path within HHM Hospitality, with opportunities to advance to Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, and ultimately General Manager. The company provides competitive wages for both full-time and part-time roles. Employees benefit from comprehensive health insurance plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off, 401k matching, life insurance, travel discounts, commuter benefits, wellness programs, and professional development resources.

The work environment demands physical activity such as standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other tasks that support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment. HHM Hospitality values a service-driven attitude encapsulated in their guiding principles: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. Joining HHM means becoming part of a team that values dedication, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the guest experience.
