Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning and floor care techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Availability to work PM shifts from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management custodial services or a related leadership role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques floor care methods and housekeeping best practices
- Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent high-quality results
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied shifts as business needs require
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations including scheduling training and supporting staff
- Ensure all guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness safety and compliance with company and brand protocols
- Manage housekeeping inventory including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff promoting teamwork and modeling hospitality excellence
