The Housekeeping Supervisor role at Concord Hospitality is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or related field
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks and inspections
Effective communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a housekeeping or cleaning supervisor

Job Duties

Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service

Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
